We jigsawed our own puzzle by putting bits of vocals to create a unique feel and sonic structure that ties the verses together.

Mixing ‘94 Flow was a jumpin up and down and feeli

Mixing ‘94 Flow was a jumpin up and down and feeling the groove kind of fun for me. I channeled growing up and listening to tons of hip hop to help execute this mix as authentic as possible. I took it back to ‘94 to help play on the sonic structure while keeping a ‘22 feel to it. (It was the percussion hits panned left to right and being up front that really kicked off the fun in this mix.) Big shout outs to the whole team on this one. The writing, vocals, featured vocals, production, and my free reign to do the damn thing made this song exactly what is was supposed to be!
